Tell us a little bit about yourself in 3-4 sentences:

I am the COO of an education software company and a former second grade teacher. I moved to Bozeman in 2018 with my chunky hound mutt and my partner, who is a nurse/sheep rancher (classic power combo). When I'm not glued to my computer, I enjoy cooking and baking, singing showtunes, and of course hiking and biking because Montana.

Tell us a little bit about how you serve your people, in 2-3 sentences:

I am extremely passionate about advocating for our employees and our customers, who are K-8 teachers. All of the work I do, all of the diplomacy, communication, and careful manipulation is on their behalf.

What are you wanting to gain from your investment in this community?

I've worked from home for almost a decade, so I'm hoping to meet like-minded females.

What are you wanting to offer this community?

I'm happy to be a sounding board and offer insight to anyone looking for help. My areas of expertise are team leadership, hiring and recruitment, performance management and coaching, technology, and change management.
