I'm a free spirited adventurer who's always up for a new experience or an outdoor adventure. Australian in my soul, I've spent much of my life roaming the world - often with kids and pets in tow, supporting people to do what they love and do it really well. Montana's very much home now - we love the mountains, but I do miss the beach...

Tell us a little bit about how you serve your people, in 2-3 sentences:

My work is about bridging the intersection between each of our own infinite possibility and doing purposeful, impact driven work. I believe that when we engage with things that really matter to us, within a culture where creativity can thrive, innovation, out of the box thinking and an unwavering commitment to finding a way emerges.

My work is about helping courageous leaders redesign the world of work within an ever changing landscape. I support them to build organizations and teams that are adaptive and impact driven. Where people love what they do, are valued for who they are and what they can bring, and feel safe to creatively solve tomorrow's problems today.

What are you wanting to gain from your investment in this community?

I love meeting other powerful women doing cool things. I'm always up for a conversation about using culture to drive growth (what ever that means to you). And I'm always up for new friends to explore the wilderness with.
