Laini Gray
Tell us a little bit about yourself in 3-4 sentences:
Hello! I’m Laini, a healthy living enthusiast, small business owner and Functional Health Practitioner.
After growing up in a small town on a ranch in Montana, I left home to go to college, chase my “big city” dreams and have some FUN. I was so good at having fun that I earned a degree in Recreation! I then moved to San Diego where I became a Certified Personal Trainer and began my career in health and fitness. For nearly a decade I was a full time trainer and group exercise instructor and I loved it!!!
I returned to Montana in 2008, with education, experience and a passion for helping others achieve optimal health and happiness. To expand my knowledge, skills and to better serve my clients, I became a Holistic Lifestyle Coach, a Nutrition Coach, earned a Masters Degree in Holistic Nutrition and became a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner.
I believe health and happiness are closely intertwined and my passion is helping others live healthy, happy lives!
Tell us a little bit about how you serve your people, in 2-3 sentences:
I consider myself a Health Detective. I look for hidden clues in conversations, questionnaires, food/logs, lifestyle habits, movement patterns and functional lab tests to get to the bottom of my clients’ health complaints and uncover opportunities for healing. With this information, I create personalized recommendations to repair, rebuild and restore health and well-being. I specialize in helping women take control of their hormone health by optimizing digestion, supporting detoxification, incorporating functional nutrition and healthy lifestyle practices.
What are you wanting to gain from your investment in this community?
I am so grateful to be a part of this community. I love the connections and collaborations that have been made and I look forward to connecting and collaborating even more!
What are you wanting to offer this community?
I'd like to invite the women of Sky Oro to reach out if they have questions about their health; if they feel like their hormones are "out of whack", digestion is "off" or their energy "isn't what it used to be" and need some guidance. I also invite any opportunities for collaborations to educate and empower the women in our community to take control of their hormone health.
How would you like other members to contact you, if they are inclined to want to connect with you?
I love meeting and connecting with new friends and welcome the opportunity to get to know and learn from each of the women in this Sky Oro community. Feel free to connect by email, DM or text - laini@graystarhealth.com - IG @laini.gray
