About Me:
I am a mama bear, wife, friend, and doctor of Chinese medicine. I am an extrovert and have a natural curiosity for the odd, unexplained, and out of the box. I enjoy coffee, and a good book. I have been in Montana for over 5 years now and absolutely love it. I also enjoy traveling and exploring new places. Laughing is my love language, so lets all laugh together, smile, and share our stories.
All the ways I serve my people:
I am the owner of Big Sky Fertility and Wellness. I am an acupuncturist, herbalist, and currently a doctoral student at Pacific College of Health and Science. As a doctor of Traditional Chinese medicine, I use both traditional methods and modern medicine to treat women who are struggling with reproductive health related issues. I was raised in a very matriarchal family of powerful women who gave me the tools to support, elevate, and empower women. Not only do I use acupuncture and herbs to help regulate the cycle, and heal the body, I educate. Every one that walks out of my office will feel confident in understanding their own bodies. I also serve pregnant women, and postpartum women. Although bringing babies into the world can be a very beautiful experience, it is also a very challenging experience. I want to have tough conversation and create social change on issues that effect women, women of color, and the postpartum experience. I use tiny needles to create big changes, and absolutely love it.
A challenge that I am facing that I could use my community's help with:
My biggest challenge is selfcare and balance. Nothing else really matters if I can not take care of myself. I am looking for women’s circles, retreats, meditation, and yoga get-a-ways. I need a BREAK sometimes and I am looking for opportunities to take a breath and grow emotionally and spiritually is exactly what I need for 2021.
An invitation to connect:
I am happy to connect with anyone and just chat over a nice cup of coffee. Whether or not you just want to hang out, talk, tell your story, need advice, or just cry…I am here for you. I love to connect, chat, and also learn from the amazing women in our community. I also invite anyone for collaborations, teaching opportunities, and brainstorming ways we can elevate women in our community.
